The Director of Corporate Land Acquisition is responsible for providing lot inventory sufficient for the achievement of the strategic and annual operating plans across all markets through the acquisition of finished and to-be-developed homesites. The Director may work on special projects at the direction of the executive services team, such as land strategy, product positioning, demographic strategy and analysis, and financial strategy and analysis. The Director provides information and analysis of the market environment for target markets to True Homes Executive Leadership, including specific analysis related to individual transactions. The Director implements the Leadership Charter, establishes team congruency with the True Difference Culture, and demonstrates leadership consistent with the True North Leadership (TNL) Platform,
