LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a qualified Japanese Document Review Attorney to join our dynamic team working remotely from anywhere in the United States. This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:Translate documents from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese Review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, and confidentialityEnsure accurate and timely identification of key information within documentsCollaborate with legal teams to provide comprehensive support for ongoing casesUtilize legal databases and technology for efficient document reviewMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentProvide feedback and contribute to process improvement initiativesAbility to commit to full-time hours during the duration of the project and the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirementsStrong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in using legal research tools and softwareQualifications:Bachelor's Degree Required J.D. from an accredited law school required Barred anywhere in the United States and in good standing with the State Bar Association that you are licensed with Prior Japanese document review experience is highly preferredBilingual fluency in Japanese and English (read, write, speak)Familiarity with e-discovery tools and legal databasesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
