Job Title: Business Professional - Supply Chain Analyst 3 Duration: 12 months Work Location: Plano, TX, USA Job Description: HM preferences: Hybrid: M-Th Legacy Office - Friday Remote Specific responsibilities include: Drive the go-to-market merchandising display forward logistics and operational execution for all national retail & carrier accounts for product launches Collaborate with Retail's third-party warehousing, consolidation, and fulfillment supplier on continuous process improvement actions and measures Create and manage the SEA Retail team part numbers for the entire inventory at the third-party vendor warehouse Review and process order approvals submitted through our third-party consolidator's Retail support portal Schedule shipments of strategic project assets and partner with Samsung Security to communicate the whereabouts, distribution, and recovery of serialized assets as needed Reconcile data from multiple internal systems with consolidator's inventory and transaction reporting Communicate re-order requirements to Retail procurement based on repair and maintenance usage Work with Demand Management for ETAs on all inbound orders, tracking through delivery Responsible for coverage of POS data maintenance items, including part item setup, etc. Validate internal asset tracking systems against the third-party consolidator's system of record, researching and resolving disparities Monitor and track internal workstream supply chain management deliverables beginning at kickoff through merchandising reset completion Background & Competencies Required: Bachelor's Degree with 2-6 years of directly related experience is required Extensive use of Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup and Pivot Table functionalities Experience with Tableau/PowerPoint/other tools for summary and executive-level reporting Knowledge of SAP inventory and logistics system preferred Experience synthesizing and summarizing large amounts of Ad Hoc data for leadership reporting Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter, high level of personal accountability, and innovative individual The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Job Responsibilities: Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications. Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities. Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor and materials. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
