Inscopix, a growing neurotechnology company that is part of Bruker Nano, is seekingan experienced, dedicated and self-motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this position, the QC Technician will maintain quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, finished products and recording the results. The candidate will be cross-trained to assist with certain production duties on a per-need basis, including assembly and testing. Excellent communication and attention to detail are musts.Inspect and verify the product and documentation to release final product for shipment. Identify and record product or documentation quality issues. Issue nonconformance reports, as necessary.Inspect in-process subassembliesPerform functional test routines on all products to protocol specificationPerform visual, functional and dimensional testing on incoming materialsAssist in maintenance and coordination of fixture calibrationAudit manufacturing line, workstations and quarantine areas to ensure compliance to requirementsFollow specification and product documentation accurately. Provide feedback for improvements to Quality documentation.Ensure a safe and clean area to work in on a daily basisMeet high quality standards and on time deliverablesWorking with the production team to maintain a cohesive, responsive, and flexible organization of material movementsPerforms inspection of incoming quantities and item details against the packing list and COC/COAAdhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental complianceAccurately update work logs dailyManufacturing and testing instrumentation and assembliesProviding feedback for improvements to manufacturing and testing documentationCompleting assignments on schedule while meeting or exceeding quality standardsPerform other duties as directed by supervisorAS Degree and/or demonstrated and related equivalent experience3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control environmentExcellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of PC software and hardwareExcellent organizational and communication skillsVerbal and written fluency in English is requiredHighly motivated and self-directed, ability to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience working under microscope 40x mag is desiredWork overtime when requiredAt Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $53,040.00/yr. and $61,929.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
