Join us Job Description: This job is responsible for managing a Solution Advisor team that acts as solution experts and fulfillment specialists for Field and Enterprise SBBs on conventional and SBA credit. The SAM will coach and develop their team, create, and implement strategies and processes that enable the team to help clients meet their business credit goals while achieving the banks goals. The SAM is an integral member of the divisional leadership team and will develop strong relationships with the Division Executive, Market Executives, other Market Managers, and key product and support partners. Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates.
