Job Title: Shared Service Client LeadJob Description We are seeking a Shared Service Client Lead to handle 40% of all customer inbound calls and client follow-up for the AR team. Nearly half of the day will be spent handling calls (8-10 inbound, 4-5 outbound). The calls will include, but not be limited to, credit card payments, invoicing questions, balance questions, and de-escalation. The rest of the time will be spent supporting the team within AR functions. We are seeking someone who is professional in their phone presence, email correspondence, and tech-savvy. Candidates who show a willingness to learn more will have opportunities for internal growth within the company on a C2H opportunity. These phone calls are to/from external customers regarding billings, discrepancies, or updates to account information. There is a commitment of 2 years in this role before promotional opportunities to a full-time AR representative or supervisory role, depending on leadership ability. Work Site This is a fully remote position. Work Environment WFH - need to be close to the Seattle HQ office to have the ability to drive into the office as needed, maybe once per month for all office/department meetings, team events, or hands-on training.
