Excellence In Everything We Touch Position Summary Supervises a team of Contractor Recruiter Specialists. Monitors and maintains Contractor Recruiting processes. Develops and monitors client relations pertaining to contractor recruitment process. Responsibilities Receives and coordinates processing of all requests for contractor recruiting and selection. Has frequent interaction with clients regarding recruiting, selection requests and processes. Develops marketing strategies for recruiting contractors. Creates, documents and implements procedures associated with contractor recruiting and selection. Maintains overall knowledge of Contractor Connection business model Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts. Supervises personnel, to include partnering with manager to provide feedback for team member annual performance appraisals, assists with resolution of personnel issues and interviewing and selection process. Provides training, coaching and guidance to team members. Monitors and provides feedback for employee productivity, including call volume and applications received. Suggests methods of improvement to staff and identifies suggestions for creative recruiting strategies. Performs duties of subordinates when needed. Participates in conventions and industry shows for the purposes of recruiting contractors for program participation. Upholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times. Upholds and projects the public image of the Company. Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested. Requirements Bachelor degree or related equivalent is preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a customer service related supervisory position. Highly proficient and advanced computer skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good time management abilities. Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage and supervise employees. Frequent interaction with internal and external contacts. Participates in client meetings About Us Why Crawford?
