Job Posting: Recruiter II - MUST BE IN EST/CST Time ZonesPosition Overview:We are seeking a Recruiter II to join our team on a contract basis, with oversight of university and national enterprise initiatives. This is a remote position, and while fully remote, preference is given to candidates located in the CST or EST time zones to align with client needs. You will manage the recruitment process for 100+ interns during the summer and collaborate with universities, technical schools, and national departments to source top talent. The role will involve extensive participation in career fairs, diversity events, and university recruiting.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (Preferred) (relevant experience may substitute).Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably with experience in university recruiting or hiring for intern programs (Required).Proven experience working with technical schools and sourcing diverse talent.Strong communication skills with the ability to travel and attend campus events across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and East CoastExperience managing a high volume of interns and recruiting for various disciplines.Familiarity with ICM preference is (Preferred).Key Responsibilities:Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for university and national initiatives.Source and hire interns from universities, technical schools, and national departments.Attend and represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and diversity events.Oversee the recruitment process for 200+ interns, including 100+ interns in engineering, with a focus on finance, IT, supply chain, and legal.Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Participate in spring campus recruiting events, with 2-3 major events during this season.Onboard interns for the following year and manage intern hiring for results.Travel is required, but fully reimbursed.Contract Details:1-year contract to cover maternity leave, with the potential for additional opportunities depending on business needs.Remote work setup with flexible hours, though candidates in CST/EST time zones are preferred.If you have a passion for intern recruiting, talent acquisition, and university outreach, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunityPay Details: $35.00 to $36.00 per hourSearch managed by: Bahirah Noble Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
