Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor, Clinical Operations Summary: The Pharmacy Supervisor, Clinical Operations will oversee all specialty pharmacy clinical operational activities and staff. This role involves assisting with both operational and clinical pharmacist activities, creating clinical program initiatives, and ensuring compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditations. The Pharmacy Supervisor will guide, train, and develop clinical staff to meet client needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Perform operations and clinical duties assigned to pharmacists. Oversee the on-boarding, training, and development of clinical staff. Provide continuous feedback to ensure accountability and engagement. Work a flexible schedule, especially during peak volumes. Maintain pharmacy accreditations. Back up operations and clinical pharmacists as needed. Resolve clinical issues and client requests. Lead clinical operations using analytics and reporting outcomes. Implement clinical operations and compliance projects. Communicate effectively with other departments. Monitor and assign tasks to meet quality, production, and service levels. Manage clinical team member vacation requests, timecard approvals, and performance reviews. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Education and Experience: BS Pharmacy required, PharmD required. 1 year of supervisor/lead experience required. Prior specialty pharmacy experience required. Active/Clear License to practice Pharmacy. Specialty pharmacist certification (CSP) preferred.
