Lessons Learned and Management Observation Program Lead at Battelle Energy Alliance dba Idaho National Labora in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States Job Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Lessons Learned and Management Observation Program Lead to work on our Performance Assurance team. Our team works a 9í—80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. Hybrid work opportunities may be available for this position. Responsibilities Include: Manage, implement, and drive improvements in operational performance and employee/management engagement across INL mission centers and directorates. Monitor associated websites and applications and promote use throughout laboratory. Evaluate performance data, operational performance, KPIs, etc. to identify areas of potential risk, weaknesses, and/or areas needing management attention. Evaluate opportunities for lessons learned (LL) and operating experience knowledge. Develop LL reports for submittal to INL LL tool and DOE OPEXShare platforms. Provide data entry support, documentation, trending, and reporting guidance to organizational LL and Management Observation Programs (MOP) Coordinators and associated management teams. Conduct DOE complex and industry benchmarking for incorporation of improvement opportunities into INL's LL and MOP programs, processes, and applications. Evaluate implementation and effectiveness of the programs through management assessments to drive process improvements as necessary. Develop and conduct LL and MOP program trainings as needed to support INL management/leadership teams as needed. Support leadership meetings through effective discussions of key lessons learned and operating experience knowledge. Support DOE and various other industry forums dedicated to driving program improvements in LL and MOP. Minimum Requirements: Level 3: Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience OR Master's degree and two (2) years of experience. Level 4: Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience OR Master's degree and two (6) years of experience. Related experience includes a familiarity with work control processes, developing training, developing reports, relationship building, and executive communication. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy 'L' clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Job Information: The pay range for this position is: Level 3 ($75,804 - $155,496) / Level 4 ($91,008 - 186,588).
