When you work for Sciolex Corporation, you are working for a stable company that values you and is committed to ensuring you receive the utmost employee care.We are currently seeking a full-time Junior Program Analyst to support our corporate headquarters office in the Chantilly, VA area. The chosen applicant will support the operation of projects within large federal contracts, task orders, and subcontracts by providing day-to-day analytical and administrative support. The Junior Program Controller reports directly to the Contracts Manager and supports the program management offices within Sciolex Corporation.· Assist in the implementation of plans and strategies for the integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions, and activities· Analyze program performance data to identify issues and make recommendations for improvement· Provide organizational and technical support to program staff during projects· Assist the control team with planning, developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated reporting systems such as SharePoint, PowerBI, and Microsoft Dynamics· Assist with timesheet and billing reconciliations, invoice preparation, report preparation, and control team action items· Serve as main point of contact with subcontractors for invoicing activity· Input and manage large and complex datasets in Sciolex systems such as Sharepoint, PowerBI, and Microsoft Dynamics while communicating information necessary to management to ensure the program and project performance· Create and maintain excel spreadsheets containing complex and sensitive corporate data· Assist in ensuring Sciolex Corporation’s ability to respond to major changes that affect program goals· Generate ad-hoc reports as needed Strong analytical skills Intermediate to advanced experience using Excel to reference and interrelate large and complex datasets via pivot tables, index, index match, and V-lookup functions; Very Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-Point Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a closely related field preferred.
