What You'll Do The starting wage for this role is $22.62 per hour. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements). 3rd Shift 10 pm to 6:30 am .35 cent shift differential Attention to detail and record keeping Review and plan for the daily production schedule specific to your positionMake bases specific to the product quality specifications Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a hand truck to move raw materials Relieve the Cracker Meal Packer and Line Driver for breaks Maintain a clean workspace during production and at the end of the shift Making Safety the highest Priorities All other duties assigned What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe What You'll Need To Be Successful And Safe Experience: Strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills are essential.Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely. Ability to drive for excellence in all areas; focus on effective internal relationships. Education: High School Diploma or GED Working Conditions Food manufacturing plant Warehouse environment Laboratory environment Ability to work in a confined space environment Physical Requirements Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, climb, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work. Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively on a daily basis. Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments. Ability to work any shift up to 7 days a week.
