This position will Assist the Maintenance Crew Leader with the set-up and tear-down of events, including basketball, and volleyball games and practices, meetings, conferences, receptions, dances, banquets, and dinners with up to 4000 attendees. Will assist with the installation and removal of the portable basketball floor, multiple College and High School graduations, and portable staging and platforms for various events, which also requires the operation and use of a forklift. Perform minor maintenance with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, door hardware, picture hanging, and furniture repair and moving throughout the Athletic facilities as needed additional maintenance duties as assigned.
