We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing Salesforce solutions, including writing test plans and cases, developing automated tests, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure that all functionalities are properly tested, validated, and deployed. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including automated tests, to validate the functionality and performance of the Salesforce CRM solution. Coordinate testing activities with programming, database administration (DBA), quality assurance (QA), and functional testing teams. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with end-users to validate system functionality and gather feedback for improvements. Conduct impact analysis on related applications and systems. Facilitate Business Working Group sessions to gather requirements, provide system demonstrations, and ensure that testing aligns with business needs. Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with business and IT teams Provide training materials and support to end users and customers We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefit packages. This position is offering a pay range of $117,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and factors permitted by law. Requirements : Qualifications : 8+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, particularly with Salesforce CRM solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and business processes. Experience writing test plans and creating automated tests. Proven ability to collaborate with business and IT teams for system troubleshooting and resolution. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
