Highly transactional position.Essential Duties and Skills:Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and compile reports from databaseProcess New Hire documentation, Transfers, Wage Changes and plete special projects by conducting research; developing and organizing information.Process Man hours requests and other employee requests as neededProtect Company's value by keeping information confidentialAbility to pivot priorities as necessaryEmployee relationsComply with federal, state, and local legal requirementsAnd other assigned dutiesQualificationsMinimum of 2 years office experience, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere is a plusMust have excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work independently with little to no supervisionMust possess the ability to speak with various divisions on an as needed basisProficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel is necessaryPossess the ability to learn quicklyPhysical Requirements, include, but are not limited to:ability to sit at a desk environment (90%) for many hours at one timeability to regularly and consistently use a keyboard and mouseability to walk up and down stairs and around the officeability to lift 25 poundsability to proficiently use office equipment (computer, fax, copier, scanner, etc.)This job description does not necessarily cover every task or duty that might be assigned.
