Description The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership in our faith-based organization. This role includes but is not limited to managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travels, preparing reports, and executing miscellaneous tasks that assist in facilitating the executive's ability to effectively lead the organization. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep respect and understanding of the faith upheld by our organization. Responsibilities: Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings, make travel and accommodation arrangements. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the executives. Prepare, proofread and format key documents including reports, presentations, and proposals. Organize, coordinate and take minutes for board meetings and other crucial meetings. Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff. Assist with event planning and execution for a range of organizational activities. Facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the organization through a range of administrative duties. Handle all information with a high degree of confidentiality and respect. Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional interpersonal skills and friendly and professional demeanor. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Discretion and confidentiality. Knowledge, understanding of, and respect for our faith-based organization's mission. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred. Experience working in faith-based or non-profit organizations is a strong plus.
