Compensation: $25.00 to $26.87 per hour What are the Responsibilities? Responsible for recruitment processes, such as the following: writing compelling job postings, screening and interviewing candidates, administering candidate assessments, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of finalists, and communicating with hiring managers to coordinate the entire process. Facilitates the candidate's experience by providing timely and accurate communication to all candidates throughout the selection process. Responsible for onboarding processes such as reviewing, writing offer letters and job descriptions, negotiating compensation, conducting background checks, making recommendations, reviewing reference checks, and reviewing benefits information. Facilitate client and/or position kick-off calls, ensuring a strong understanding of the client's needs and contributing to developing a recruitment strategy for each position. Document and review all critical information in the Applicant Tracking System. Reviewing employee job descriptions, processes, policies, procedures, and other employee related content. Review and Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.). Participate in training activities, complete training requirements, and deliver content and information to other team members when directed. Review client content for employee onboarding. Assist with other duties as assigned. Skills to be successful: Solidunderstandingofcomplianceandrecord-keepingrequirementsrelatedto recruitment/selection. Using staffing tools such as applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, social media, and candidate sourcing applicants is preferred. Administrative support experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and assisting a high-performing team. Time management skills and managing and coordinating multiple recruitment activities simultaneously. Proficient experience with Applicant Tracking System(s). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Quick to learn company cultures, new approaches, and new technologies. Comfortable working independently in a virtual office; proactive in asking questions and asking for help when needed. Experience sourcing passive candidates is a plus. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required. General computer technical understanding and troubleshooting are helpful. Excellent listening and demonstrated client service skills. Do you have this education & experience? High School Diploma or equivalent required. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, communication, or another related field is preferred. Must have or obtain aPHR within 1st year of employment 2 - 3 years of prior talent/recruiting experience required. Bilingual in Spanish desired.
