A healthcare company in Newton is looking for entry level customer service reps to join their healthcare call center Description: Inbound and outbound calls with patients Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by care professional Provide excellent customer service Educate patients on financial responsibility when applicable Location: Newton, IA Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hour shift from 8am to 8pm) 8am to 5pm 9am to 6pm 10am to 7pm 11am to 8pm Skills: Customer service Microsoft office Data entry Customer support Call center Additional Skills & Qualifications: MUST HAVE: 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, restaurant are acceptable) Experience with Microsoft Office Preferred not required: Experience in a health care role Experience taking inbound calls Candidates CNA experience and good medical terminology Work Environment: This will be an onsite position for 90 days minimum. The candidates will have the option of going remote after 90 days IF they are performing at a high level and approved by the supervisors Experience Level: Entry Level About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
