Call Center RepresentativeLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a facilities company in Tempe. This organization is in search of a call center rep to join their team on a full time basis. The hourly pay is $18/hr.Schedule: Friday - Tuesday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (Wednesday and Thursday off)As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the clients. You will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Initially, training will be conducted fully on-site for the first month, after which you will transition to a hybrid work model.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding services and assist with troubleshooting issues.Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.Assist in managing service requests and dispatching technicians as needed.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMust have previous work from home experiencePrevious experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer management systems.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Must be located in Phoenix, AZ.If you are interested in this job, please apply now Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hourSearch managed by: Cassandra Nienow Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
