Human Resources CoordinatorPlease note that this is a HYBRID job opportunity. You will be required to work partially onsite in Downtown Denver. You may work partially from home using company-provided equipment.Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading healthcare company to fill their open Human Resources Coordinator job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role.This is a TEMPORARY position that is expected to last through the end of 2024. Depending on your performance and our client's needs, this role MAY be extended or even result in a permanent position in the company, though this is not guaranteed. You will earn $21.00 per hour in this role. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).Responsibilities:-Answering employees' and managers' questions on company HR policies, employment laws, and other applicable regulations-Documenting employee interactions in the case management system including intake, all investigative notes, supporting documents, etc.-Gathering evidence and researching to resolve employee issues-Providing guidance and delivery appropriate feedback, including Performance Improvement Plans and other corrective actions-Coaching and advising managers on how to resolve low risk issues with employees-Escalating employee issues as needed-Working with investigators and Labor and Employment attorneys as needed-All other related tasks as requiredQualifications:-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar HR role-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Excellent customer service skills-Previous experience with HRIS software preferredCompensation:-Hourly rate of $21.00-Lee Hecht Harrison benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
