Pay Grade/Pay Range:Minimum: $44,200 - Midpoint: $55,300 (Salaried E6) Department/Organization:800110 - Student Life Communications Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Job Summary:The Student Life Scholarship and Stewardship Coordinator provides communications and external engagement support for scholarships and stewardship. Serves as a direct contact for donors, potential donors, and alumni. Manages relationships with donors, campus partners, and vendors related to Student Life paver donations. Assists with divisional scholarship processes. Handles scholarship database management. Assists with multiple scholarship and stewardship related events and programs throughout the year. Supports divisional communication efforts for both internal and external constituents. Additional Department Summary:Completes required training related to UA policies, procedures, laws, and regulations that create a more hospitable and respectful workplace and safer work environment. Has personal accountability for financial reporting and responsibility for establishing, enforcing, and following internal processes and controls as outlined in UA policies and procedures. Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience. Skills and Knowledge:Excellent written and verbal communication. High-quality editing skills related to writing, copy editing, proof-reading, etc. Exceptional customer service skills are required. Ability to work on several projects at the same time, and the flexibility to adjust as project priorities change. Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) required. Demonstrates commitment to supporting all students. Preferred Qualifications:Experience may include general office work, budgeting, customer service, and public relations/marketing or other relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Human Environmental Sciences or Marketing. Some experience in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field.
