As an innovative leader in multifamily, our high performance continues to drive exponential growth - and we invite you to join us on our journey towards real estate excellence.With tools and guidance to sharpen your skills, you can forge your own career path, love what you do, and let it show.As the Product Owner, Analytics, you support the development and acquisition of multimillion-dollar, multifamily apartment home communities through quantitative analysis, modeling, and reporting.Conduct user research and develop user stories, product proposals, and PRDsManage long-term initiatives and epics by organizing sprints to execute on user storiesBuild and implement tools and processes to scale product management practices at CortlandConduct ad-hoc data analysis with SQL or Python to develop hypotheses and inform data and analytics projectsResearch and develop requirements for cutting edge AI models and work with the data science team to implement themBuild relationships with stakeholders across the business to facilitate feedback to support continuous product improvementResearch and implement data governance best practices to build quality data productsManage the life cycle of data products from discovery to implementation, roll-out, and supportWork with BI analysts to develop our business intelligence platform, working with key stakeholders to push forward an aligned vision and implementationDrive business adoption of data products such as dashboards and reportsThe Impact You Can MakeData analytics, engineering, and data science teams rely on your leadership for determining the product roadmapThe Operations and Investments teams look forward to seeing your well-developed models, insightful dashboards, and in-depth analyses.Investors have a crystal-clear picture of how their assets are performing thanks to your continuous and clear communication.Your understanding of data is so spot-on, everyone is always turning to you for key analyses.Degree in a quantitative, analytical, or financial disciplineProficiency in data analytics, advanced modeling, accounting, and/or statisticsMastery of Excel and PowerPointExperience with project management tools such as Jira and ConfluenceExpertise with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, or PowerBIExcellent written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of real estate dynamics is nice to haveWe create, reimagine, and manage apartment communities for residents nationwide.
