Come join our team and start moving your career forward!Role: The Senior Dispatcher role will be responsible for working with the Integration team to develop, coordinate, and present a training plan for Dispatchers for new Company acquisitions. The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for traveling to newly acquired locations and providing hands-on training for Dispatchers. In addition, this role will provide ongoing training, as needed, for any assigned office locations that have onboarded a new Dispatcher and need training support. This role will coordinate and provide necessary training for all assigned newly acquired personnel. The Senior Dispatcher will work with Management and the Integration team members to facilitate dispatcher training during acquisitions in a thorough and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have proven success in their role as a Dispatcher. This role will require project planning and organization skills. The ideal candidate should be high-energy, a strategic thinker, and an effective communicator. When not in active Integration period or training with newly onboarded Dispatchers, the Senior Dispatcher will report to local assigned office to provide additional Dispatcher support. During this time, under the general guidance from the Regional Service Manager (RSM), the Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for communicating the customer’s needs and service histories to the field employees. They must dispatch all area technicians and maintain the database per the company’s policies and procedures.
