Oversees recruitment for Customer Service and Ramp Services including the onboarding, fingerprinting, medical and TSA/STA clearance processesWorks closely with the Payroll Department to ensure consistency with coding and employee pay compensationCoordinates injury on duty follow-up, leaves of absence/return to work requests, medical clearance and CAR processingConstructs and facilitates both Ramp and Agent work schedule bids including vacation bids for both work groupCreate and enforce administrative and operational policies and proceduresCreates and maintains formulated Excel spreadsheets to analyze trends and facilitate projects in key areas such as budgets, headcount forecasts, overtime spending and attrition logs. Investigates and resolves employee administrative discrepanciesPrepares and participates in unemployment claim hearings. Coaches and counsels Agent/Support Staff and Management workgroups applying C3P and ACP/AMP when necessary. Completes ad-hoc analyses as required by department headsMust be able to work in a team environment with the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectivesMust have strong organizational and analytical skillsMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivatedWhoare welooking for?RequirementsMinimum age of 18Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experienceTwo or more years of airline operational experienceDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingPossess the legal right to work in the United StatesAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languageSupervisory experience, preferredProficiency in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, preferredAdvanced working knowledge of Excel including charting/trending and PowerPoint, preferredAbility to perform complex mathematical calculations and quantitative analyses, preferredAbility to understand and apply provisions of union agreement and company/federal regulations, preferredPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
