CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients. Ensure safety of facility patronsConduct general strength and cardiovascular orientations with patronsEnforce recreation center policies in the strength and cardiovascular areasProvide quality customer service to all patrons, regardless of fitness level, appearance, or otherwiseCommunicate effectively with the supervisor through phone, email, or in personPerform duties related to opening and closing the facilityAssist maintenance staff in cleaning and maintaining strength and cardiovascular equipmentOther duties as requiredMinimum Requirements:Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (Can certify at our facility if needed)Related fitness and/or sports experienceAbility to enforce policies in an assertive and professional mannerKnowledge of standard practices and trends in the areas of fitness and healthExcellent customer service skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasmExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent conflict resolution and time management skillsAbility to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced lifestylesCompetencies:Technical CompetenciesProficiency in strength and cardiovascular equipmentProficient in giving general directions and fitness-related questions from patronsHuman Relations:Internal contacts include staff at all levels. External contacts include external customers and vendors.
