Come join us, and find out what the best work of your career could look like for you.The HVAC Mechanic II installs, services and repairs all components or sub-components of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Mechanics at this level install, diagnose problems and repair commercial and industrial heat pumps and centralized air conditioning systems up to 250 tons with multiple zone applications. Shift M-F 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Salary $40-$42 per hour dependent on skill level and experience.Operate, install, maintain, service and diagnose hydronic systems including piping system, pumps, valves, flow controls devices, cooling towers, fluid tube bundlesand coilsOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose air moving and control equipment-includingducts, blowers, fans, dampers, VAV, VVT and condensate control devicesOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose refrigerant using HVAC systems, including ductless split, ducted split, water source package, RTU, CRAC, chillers and specialty refrigeration systemsOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose electrical components and control systems supporting HVAC and hydronic equipment, including motors, actuators, transformer, contactors, relays and timersOperate computer systems relating to Energy Management System (EMS), time tracking, work recording and emailOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose VFD applied to HVAC and pumping systemsOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose humidification and dehumidification systems utilizing steam and electrical power for steam generationOperate, install, maintain, service and diagnose gas fired burners serving boilers and heat exchangesProvides guidance and training in the HVAC TradePerform other related duties as assignedHigh School degree or equivalent6 years progressively responsible experience in any combination of air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature control, steam distribution or heating tradesUniversal CFC CertificationMust be able to pass background checkMust be detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environmentValid non-commercial driver's license EOE, including disability/veterans
