Coordinate electronic delivery of documents to regional office(s) and properties as needed.Assist in addressing code compliance violations and curing any outstanding liens or judgments.Process department invoices for payment including processing settlement check requests and distribution. Assist in EIN, entity management, maintenance, and assumed name formation, including coordination through our Statutory and Registered Agent, CT Corp.Review and prepare property level service contracts for execution and distribution.Assist in due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions tasks, as needed.Cross train on tasks with Transactions Assistant.Performs general clerical functions such as typing, editing, proofing, filing, making copies and scanning.Update legal forms as directed by the General Counsel.Effectively coordinate tasks with multiple corporate departments.Establishes, maintains and updates electronic filing system - individually and departmentally.Assist in creation and ongoing maintenance/organization of folders within the Litigation / Subpoena / Bankruptcy folders.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; University degree or some college preferred3 to 5 years professional administrative experienceExcellent detail-orientation with strong organizational, multi-tasking. and time management skillsIntermediate knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe AcrobatExperience in YARDI software a plus Excellent verbal, written and proofing skills Demonstrated initiative and flexibility; ability to work occasional overtimeProven ability to work collaboratively with a team#CORPReq.
