You will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring an optimal customer service experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in both sales and customer service.Duties/Responsibilities:Drive sales revenue and optimize the customer service experience.Understand and professionally communicate the services of the HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical departmentsProvide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals.Collaborate with comfort consultants on their sales leads.Ability to own and manage your book of businessesFollow up with priority customer leadsReview existing calls that need attention from prior dayMake a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily.Manage digital CRM suite for rehash and follow upExperience/Qualifications:4+ years of Inside Sales ExperienceProven experience in Call Center/ Customer ServiceProficient computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to achieve high call volumePhysical Demands:Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of theMay be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and runMay be required to drive and sit for long periods of timeMust be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushingWhat We Offer!Remote and hybrid work opportunities.Industry leading Benefits PackageMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceEmployee DiscountsCareer Growth Opportunities1- Week Paid Vacation First Year7-Paid Holidays401(k) Matching , IRAPAY TRANSPARENCY:The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 DOE. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
