Working at Arkansas Federal Credit UnionGENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONDevelops and maintains relationships with commercial treasury or cash management banking clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Manages relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. • Meets with clients, assesses financial needs and goals, recommends deposit or treasury/cash management strategies and products, and makes referrals to other lines of business. • Responds to and resolves inquiries related to customer accounts and executes and verifies transactions upon request. • Seeks to expand client base through referrals and growth of assigned accounts. QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEComprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices.
