Operations AnalystWho you areYou are a detail-oriented operations professional and thrive in structured environments. You have hands-on experience in troubleshooting devices, networking, or manufacturing operations, and enjoy talking to customers and suppliers. You understand how things work and are comfortable diving in to solve issues when they arise. You have a working knowledge of FDA regulations in medical device manufacturing or a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Note that this role is hybrid and candidates must be based in the St. Louis area or willing to relocate immediately.What you will doYou will play a key part in keeping our systems and processes running smoothly. From monitoring AWS pipelines to maintaining dashboards and leading manufacturing operations, you'll have your hands on a variety of tasks that directly impact our workflow. You'll troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist the R&D and engineering teams in engaging with customers with technical problems, and work on improving processes where possible. You'll document operations and service activities for the FDA and write and improve our SOPs as we grow.Key responsibilities include:Monitoring AWS pipelines and perform initial debuggingCreating and maintaining business and operations metrics dashboardsLeading in-house manufacturing processes and documentationSupporting manual quality assurance for software and hardwareSupporting image and report quality control under the guidance of the R&D teamDeveloping and implementing process improvementsManaging customer feedback for our hardware and software products, including troubleshooting, triaging, and escalating to the technical teams as neededOverseeing inventory control and managementDocumenting processes and events meticulously for the FDA and other regulatory bodiesWhat you need3+ years of experience in operations, IT administration, or medical device manufacturingStrong attention to detailProficiency with Windows and Linux operating systemsExcellent verbal communicator and writer with a customer-first mindsetAbility to evaluate industry trends and develop strategies for long-term growthCreative and innovative thinker who is eager to improve existing processes and explore new opportunitiesResults-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player who builds strong relationships across the organizationMust be based in the St. Louis area with availability for in-office work 2-3 days per weekNice to haveBachelor's degree in manufacturing, information technology, or related fieldA background in healthcare, software, or networkingExperience in medical imaging, MRIs, and/or neuroscienceProficiency with Python or SQLExperience with SalesforceExperience with cloud computing, preferably AWSWho we areTuring Medical is a transformational medical imaging software company developing unique solutions for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
