JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Administrator II - SES in the General Tax Administration Program, Taxpayer Services Process, Collections Unit. The incumbent follows and holds employees accountable to the Department's Standards of Conduct, models ethical behavior, and demonstrates the Department's mission, vision, and values. The incumbent manages the workload and employee schedules to meet service level expectations, performs administrative tasks, conducts coaching, recognizes, and develops staff, monitors quality assurance, analyzes performance, and recommends process improvement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue, General Tax Administration Program. Two years of experience as a team lead, manager, or related duties, such as, coaching, mentoring, or coordinating assignments. Experience in a billing or collections process. Experience in navigating and interpreting account information in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX). SALARY: The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $4,541.27 monthly/$54,495.24 annually.
