Description Responsibilities: Act as consultative business partner to regional leadership across two regions to drive profitable revenue growth and efficient plant and delivery operations. Provide vision and guide workflow of the regional finance organization including staffing, policy compliance, and internal/external customer service to support the strategic growth and efficient operations objectives. Directly supervise and develop assigned regional finance organization to ensure that all are meeting performance standards. Establish and maintain a function that is going to provide the most value to the regions and company. Plan, direct, and organize the accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information for all market centers in the assigned regions. Ensure compliance with Vestis's internal controls and enforcement of company policies and procedures throughout the regions. Partner with corporate and shared service finance management to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results and to effect corporate policy and procedure. Evaluate functional processes and procedures to gain efficiencies and cost saving through continuous improvement and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field. Minimum of 12 years progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, and management. Superior leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and process management skills. Strong skills in managing daily operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit and collections. Demonstrated skills in preparing forecasts, controlling costs and maximizing profits, and producing accurate reports. Expert knowledge of accounting and finance standards, practices, and procedures. MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) required, with proficiency in Excel. Ability to travel within region (50-70%). Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks. Compensation: The salary rate that Vestis reasonably expects to pay for this position ranges from $135,000 to $160,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
