SUPERVISOR DISCLAIMERSupervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for 2+ FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESExecute corporate facility initiatives by effectively communicating, leading and coaching direct and indirect reports within region to successMonitor performance goals and communicate results; contribute ideas to address concerns and guide direct reports effectively to encourage continual improvement; collaborate with key associates in Line of Business (LOB) to obtain guidance when making decisions and resolving issuesResponsible for all aspects of the work order stream including preventative maintenance, alteration & improvement requests, service work, inspection work and field work ordersLead and direct the work of other employees in the maintenance of buildings and groundsPerform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairsSchedule maintenance and monitor the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioningSupervise janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removalConduct space planning and modify building/equipment layouts in response to changing organizational needsSolicit bids, select contractors/subcontractors, and negotiate bids for the renovation or construction of facilitiesResponsible for department budget, equipment forecasting, request for proposal, asset management and proposals for replacementMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESInterpersonal/Customer Service SkillsWritten and Verbal CommunicationAbility to understand and follow directionsAdaptable to changeBasic Computer SkillsOrganizational Skills/Detail OrientedAble to Multi-Task or Juggle PrioritiesProblem/Situation AnalysisTechnical ExpertiseStrategic Planning and Decision MakingLeadership SkillsAbility to foster teamworkAbility to work as part of a teamProject Management skillsDesign expertisePlanning skillsSCHEDULETypical office hours are M-F 7a-4p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position requires occasional shifts outside of traditional hours during a scheduled shut down for equipment service or in emergency repair situations. On call as needed.This position is 100% onsite.EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor of Science in engineering or related field or trade apprenticeship graduate preferred4-6 years related experience, previous management experience preferredOTHER INFORMATIONMust have valid Driveru0027s License and maintain auto insurance in current standing.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTSFrequent local travel, minimal long distance or out of state travel.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPush, pull or lift up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. regularlySpend long periods of time standing and/or walkingClimb ladder and/or ramps regularlyStoop, crouch and kneel regularly
