Monitor daily bank activity through Compass Bank and review remote payments deposited. Clear checks on Retalix, post inventory, LOC, and other required entries. Review LOC, cash position, outstanding checks (CKS), and accounts payable due. Post bank reconciliation adjustments. Accounts Receivable & Inventory Management: Update borrower certificates with AR and inventory activities. Post any MWR payments and rebate checks received or ACH from Unipro. Review customer AR detail and address customer inquiries. Calculate and process customer rebates and ensure timely payments. Sales & Reporting: Review daily sales for irregularities. Update fresh fish daily sales and representative daily sales reports. Prepare key financial reports, including the dashboard and average cash reports. Month-End & Year-End Close: Prepare GL month-end entries and oversee financial closing tasks. Manage the close-out of Sea Breeze annual financials and provide final adjusting entries. Submit borrower certificates to bankers by the 10th of the month. Payroll & Vendor Relations: Review payroll submission details and manage payroll-related entries. Oversee vendor AR and offset to AP, ensuring proper handling of vendor samples. Resolve rebate and allowance differences with vendors, and post Unipro ACH rebate/allowance transactions. Compliance & Regulatory: Maintain RapidGate authorizations and handle regulatory filings. Complete worker compensation audit questionnaires and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Strategic Financial Planning: Set up sales budgets and growth criteria. Oversee the financial strategy and planning for the company, including cash flow management and risk analysis. Lead the preparation of Sea Breeze's financial roadmap to ensure long-term growth and profitability. Customer & Vendor Support: Provide vendors with credit information and update customer agreements and applications.
