Key duties include cGMP documentation, data review, and technical document writing. The successful candidate will work effectively under general supervision and contribute to the team efforts supporting R&D projects. Occupational Demands: Work performed in a laboratory and pilot-scale production environment. Potential exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms. Exposure to electrical office equipment and chemicals. Personal protective equipment required (protective eyewear, garments, gloves). Frequent sitting and neck bending (4-6 hours/day). Standing and neck twisting (2-4 hours/day). Occasional walking, bending, twisting waist, and squatting. Moderate lifting (25-50 lbs) and reaching above/below shoulder height. Author study protocols and reports with strong technical writing skills. Job Related Skills: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and good judgment. Ability to work both independently and under direct supervision. Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented. Relevant degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biology. 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
