Job Title: Learning and Development SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to support a growing company. This role ensures employees receive the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. Responsibilities include designing new training programs, developing and designing training materials, courses, and programs tailored to meet the specific needs of employees. The specialist will conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps within the organization and determine what training programs are needed to address those gaps. The role also involves facilitating training classes, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and other formats, evaluating pre and post-training performance metrics, and feedback forms. Continuous improvement of training programs and overseeing the implementation and management of the Learning Management System (LMS) are crucial components of this role. The specialist will manage the budget allocated for training initiatives, work closely with department heads for alignment, and ensure trainings meet legal and regulatory requirements. Work Site This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Jacksonville, Florida and some days remote.
