Job Title: Accounting SpecialistJob Description This role requires a blend of accounting expertise and HR acumen to ensure accurate financial management and effective human resources support. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or a related field and have hands-on experience in both accounting and HR functions. Hard Skills Degree in Accounting or related field Coding and entering AP invoices Reconciling AP statements Processing AR deposits Advanced spreadsheet functions Manipulating Excel workbooks into .csv files Uploading Excel and .csv files to website and internal software Soft Skills Effective communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person Problem-solving and resolving discrepancies Basic office tasks (filing, data entry, answering phones) Maintaining and updating employee records Facilitating onboarding and offboarding Administration of employee benefits programs Adherence to labor laws and company policies Compliance with federal and state regulations Job Type This is a permanent position. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Work Environment Team consists of 3 people right now. One team member is getting set to retire.
