Job ID Number R3720 Employment Type Full time Worksite Flexibility Remote Job Summary As the Program Lead of Public Sector, you will be responsible for developing a quality assurance independent verification and validation management plan. Job Description We are looking for a Program Lead of Public Sector to develop a quality assurance independent verification and validation management plan. This position will be full-time and remote with some on-site requirements in New Jersey as needed . What You'll Do Develop a quality assurance independent verification and validation management plan Develop a project work plan. The plan must be provided directly to Executive Leadership including reporting dashboards identifying risks and potential remediation of risks Develop a comprehensive quality assurance independent verification and validation report/dashboard that identifies findings, recommendations for remediation and/or mitigation strategies Provide weekly status tracking and reporting, including but not limited to, creating any project related reports per request of the client Conduct review of existing procurement/contracts including required deliverables and any subsequent change requests Provide oversight of QA specialist and coordinate review activities Review and make recommendations on Project Organization, Management, Resources and Methodologies Make recommendations on technical aspect of the system implementation Assess stakeholder user involvement and buy-in What You'll Need Required: 5 years of experience that encompass technology projects including experience with large scale benefit program modernization or projects of comparable size/scope Knowledge of Industry Standards (IEEE, PMBOK, CMMI), risk assessment, migration, tracking and reporting methods Experience with audit/independent verification and validation reviews, project management, and vendor management Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable Accommodation Statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 - 8111.
