The Organizational Development Consultant is responsible for: Proactively assess, designs, develops and delivers all aspects of organizational development interventions to teams/departments/organizations by bringing key stakeholders together to assess root causes and gaps, implementing and/or supporting implementation of appropriate interventions. Works to improve engagement and retention throughout BayCare. High-level needs assessment, design, development, and delivering organizational learning solutions, programs, and projects in support of BayCare organizational goals. Performs leader and team assessments to improve team effectiveness, leader coaching and consulting, appreciative inquiry, focus groups, program management/coordination, and supports the performance management process and development planning. Innovates, designs, and delivers system-wide leadership development programs and initiatives. As BayCare's SME in learning, designs, develops, manages, facilitates, and evaluates various levels of leadership program development, team member development, New Hire Programs/initiatives, team building workshops and other learning solutions such as mentoring which build effective professional, team and leader effectiveness. Travels and may work varied hours/days as necessary to provide service delivery at hospitals and facilities. Minimum Qualifications: Required Experience: 3-5 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development. Preferred Experience: Healthcare or related/technical industry. Required Specific Skills also includes: Business Acumen, Critical Thinking, Organizational Development Concepts and Methodologies, Data and Analytics Interpretation, Coaching & Mentoring, Consulting & Business Partnering Skills, Neuroscience of Adult Learning, Learning Program Strategy, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Project Coordination, Teambuilding Design & Facilitation, Training Delivery & Facilitation, Career & Leadership Development, Evaluation, Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Awareness & Inclusion, and Lifelong Learning. Required Education: Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, Adult Education, learning, training or development or Related Field. Preferred Certification & Licensure: Personality Assessment tools, Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD), educational progress toward recognized coaching certifications such as International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Learning and Development or Organizational Development certificate. Required Education: Bachelor's in Business, Psychology, Adult Education, learning, training or development or Related Field.
