Overview Join our dynamic team of Global Business Services (GBS) Data/Analytics & Automation and embark on an incredible journey towards digital progress. As a Staff Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Intuit's Contract data, implementing clean data and Self-Serve Strategies, and playing a major role in the development of Intelligent Automation to enhance user experience and business processes. This role offers a unique chance to explore the comprehensive Source-To-Report spectrum and leverage AI to revolutionize our business models. What you'll bring At least 7+ years of experience working in a data analytics role Experience in contract management, Quickbase, and Quicksight/Amazon Q, SQL, Databricks Strong computer science skills, especially in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and/or C++ Experience with requirement gathering and process documentation Proficient in crafting and implementing custom APIs Being familiar with AWS Devportal and its various services is crucial for this role Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical teams Knowledge of artificial intelligence, data science methods, and big data technologies Self-starter driven by zeal for innovation, with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to UAT and Hyper care Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaborations Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate and clearly present to senior executives A bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Insight into Procure to Pay, Sourcing, and Supply Chain processes Knowledge of Oracle (eBiz R12) Experience in both front-end and back-end development is highly valued Business Intelligence tool experience (Qlik, QuickSight, etc.) Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or React is beneficial Strong leadership skills and experience with managing and mentoring teams How you will lead Develop a structured and iterative approach to extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-driven insights Implement a multi-year Clean Data Strategy to ensure that data is accurate, complete, consistent, unique, and uniform. This includes scrubbing, validation and removing irrelevant data. Developing AI prototypes - You will develop and execute AI-based strategic projects and models to support business goals and objectives Leveraging cutting - edge techniques and technologies to improve data analysis capabilities Manage Contracts data in Quickbase by setting up fields and tables, maintaining relationships, and creating/maintaining reports Develop an AI-assisted tool for non-technical employees to build ad-hoc reports as part of the Self-Serve Strategy. Expertise in Amazon Q is preferred. Create data parity and quality checks using AWS Dev Portal services such as Glue, Athena, and S3 Ensure compliance with Intuit's data privacy and security guidelines while building and implementing AI and automation tools Conduct regular testing, maintenance, and updates of AI applications and systems, ensuring maximum availability and optimal performance EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
