You'll be: Processing digital and paper documents: Ensure that all documents are processed accurately and in compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Document management: Utilize your skills in scanning, data entry, signing, and notarizing to efficiently manage documents. Customer service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 1 year of work experience in retail, hospitality, or an administrative office setting. Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred. Possess solid customer service and multitasking abilities. Have experience with document management, including scanning, data entry, signing, and notarizing. Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent data entry skills. Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks from multiple sources. Have strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment. Are available to work overtime as needed.
