Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Real Estate Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA. Real Estate Coordinator jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now Responsibilities for the Real Estate Coordinator include but are not limited to: Manages five-year planning review meetings for Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, VP Director, and EVP's EA, which includes making decisions on scheduling, event planning, and negotiating contracts with outside vendors on behalf of the client company. Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of and tracking the flow of all legal documents that are in process. Act as a liaison between the client company and its Landlords regarding matters concerning the finalization and execution of lease documents, lease amendments, sublease documents, waivers and letter agreements. Act as a liaison between the client company and its Brokers regarding disclosure documentation, listing agreements, commissions or other matters and agreements. Analyze and review vendor billings for accuracy and prepares for Regional Vice President, Directors, Group Vice Presidents and Executive Vice President's approval. Coordinates travel for Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, Directors and EVP's EA, including all preparation of conflict due diligence, and hotel/car bookings for all planned NetJet travel. Prepare Travel Expense Reports for Senior VP, Group VP, Regional VP, and Director's approval. Review and reconcile invoices and statements. Assist management and EVP's EA in completing special projects Other various projects and assignments as required by department, and EVP's EA Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Real Estate Coordinator: Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility in legal dept. or retail real estate dept. College level coursework preferred Must have an ability to understand legal terminology and interpret specified Lease clauses; and demonstrate an ability to communicate and negotiate with Landlords regarding those clauses. Must have excellent verbal and written skills. Must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed oriented. Must be multi-task oriented. Must have excellent negotiation skills Must have strong PC and excel skills. Must demonstrate use of independent judgment. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
