As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support for Citizens Wealth Management Divisional and Regional Sales Managers. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: coordination of meetings, ordering of supplies and equipment, tracking of time off, and new colleague onboarding support. While some of the focus of this job is on the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, incumbents also spend substantial time performing clerical duties. Position requires excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Primary responsibilities includeSupply Ordering: business signage, office supplies, stationary, technology, etc.Calendar Management: scheduling and coordinating meetingsPresentation Support / development: creating decks for presentations, including presentations to leadershipOnboarding Support: collaborating with onboarding coordinator and management to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new colleaguesTech Support: requesting system and platform accessExpense Reports: assist Divisional Sales Managers (DSMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) with collecting receipts and submitting expense reportsTravel Support: book travel for DSMs and RSMs as neededEvent Coordination: assist in supporting regional and divisional meetingsPaid Time Off Tracking: record time off requests for Financial AdvisorsQualifications1-5 years of administrative experience in financial services preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredFamiliarity with collecting and interpreting data in order to create presentationsStrong attention to detail skills requiredAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamOrganizational and time management skills requiredExperience completing expense reports and booking travel preferredEducation, Certifications and/or Other Professional CredentialsHigh school diploma or GED requiredHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FSome job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
