Description Discover a place where wonder, adventure and relaxation meet. Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. Amenities include lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, full service spa, and air tours.Clean and maintain swimming pools and jacuzzis in a safe and sanitary condition; brush and vacuum swimming pool according to established procedures; scrub pool tiles. Check and perform preventive maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition. Clean and disinfect pool deck area.Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.Check work orders and night report for any problems. Make rounds checking these problem areas and note any information needed or safety concerns in the hotel.Regularly checks water readings, filters, pump valves, tanks, gauges and vents; Maintains pumps and motors at all pool facilities; Performs repair work in and around pools, filter room, chlorine room or on the pool decks; Supervises and participates in emergency repair situationsMonitors, handles and installs all chemicals for swimming pools and jacuzzis.Performs cleaning of swimming pools and jacuzzis.Performs minor repairs to swimming pools, pool maintenance, jacuzzis and jacuzzi maintenance.Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed.Makes minor adjustments and keeps equipment in good repair.Maintains maintenance records and schedules.Maintains log of work completed.Assists maintenance team in general property care.Other duties as reasonably required.Full-time, year round position - $21.00-$23.00/hourMedical, Dental, Vision and other healthcare benefits401k EligibilityAssociate CafeteriaEconomical on-site housingAssociate Clubhouse, Fitness Facility, PoolNoble House Hotels & Resorts are proud to encourage and support an environment where everyone can be a successful team member (come as they are) as their true authentic self.
