Job Title: Administration D Job Code: 16151 Job Location: Anaheim, CA Job Schedule: (i.e., 9/80, 4/10, etc.…) 4/10 Job Description: L3 Harris is currently seeking to hire for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the Navigation Solutions Engineering team. We are looking for applicants that can communicate professionally and courteously with employees and guests in the office, as well as over the phone and e-mail communications.The position will require general assistance to other Administrative Assistants and their duties for General Manager, Business Development, RTS Engineering and Program Management in their day to day activities. Essential Functions: All aspects of contract management, including but not limited to: + Visitor Requests + Run Visual Compliance + Food Service Requests + Facilities Service Requests + Staples Orders (NS Program Management and NS Engineering) + Overtime Waivers + Set up Travel Profiles for New Hires + Travel and Expense Reports + Request Vendor #’s for New Hires + Process Justifications for Personnel Security Clearances + Update employee rosters + Order Business Cards + Process Requests to Attend Seminar, Training, etc. + Labor Adjustments, Visitor Report Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. + Minimum of 5 years of experience employed in an office environment with required direct interaction with internal and external customers. + Applicants selected will be submit to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access to classified information. US citizenship required for this position. Preferred Additional Skills: + Must be comfortable with using PC computers, Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $63,500k - $118,500k This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
