We're looking for an Office Manager for our Irvine, California location that can embody excellent customer service and play an important part in the growth of our Private Client base. Reporting to the head of our Private Client Support organization, you will help our Regional Vice Presidents with correspondence, appointments and administrative tasks while working with our clients. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a growing company and enjoy helping individuals, then consider applying to our Office Manager role in Irvine, CA!The Day-to-Day:Schedule/coordinate meeting spaces for potential clients, welcome clients, and maintain office calendarsAnswer and screen incoming calls to corporate reception linesRoute incoming calls to the appropriate party, ensure all calls are answered timely and satisfactorilyKeep the office tidy, maintain inventory, and handle administrative tasks such as mail, faxing and filingAssist our Regional Vice Presidents with correspondence, appointments, and administrative tasksMaintain awareness of vendors or non-client persons in office areaHandle administrative and operational responsibilities that support team goals, and assist with a variety of special projectsYour Qualifications:2+ years of office management, reception, or similar work experienceProfessional and engaging communicationComfortable supporting various personnel and leadershipFamiliarity with Word, Excel, OutlookMaintain composure and presence of mind when working with volatile customersStrong professional orientation towards client serviceInstills confidentiality and trustworthinessDisplay ownership and autonomy independentlyExceptional organization and time management skillsCompensation:$50,000 - $80,000 base salary per year in the state of CA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experienceEligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performanceWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
