Community Bank Seeking Full-Time eServices SpecialistSUMMARY OF POSITION: Provides quality customer service by assisting customers via phone calls and online, assists in the processing of all back-room operations for deposit customers, assists with digital banking, debit card, other services used by customers, and performs crucial tasks shared within the department. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:1.Provide exceptional customer service by accepting incoming calls for the financial institution, answering customer questions and transferring calls to other departments as needed.2.Effectively handles basic customer problems and inquiries as well as ensuring that resolution and follow-up are completed in an accurate, efficient manner.3.Be an active team player; promoting the bank and its services to the customers and community. 4.Answers questions regarding Bank products and services with confidence.5.Performs general eServices duties, in compliance with operational regulations and security policies and procedures.6.Makes appropriate customer referrals to appropriate Banking staff.7.Controls risk to the Bank. 8.Adhere to prescribed security controls to protect the staff and facility against criminal activity and fraudulent operations.9.Participates in the general appearance of the office.10.Acquires and retains knowledge in applicable regulatory requirements.11.Performs additional responsibilities as required.12.Assists in the processing of all in-clearing and transit items.13.Assists in the processing and settlement of all Automated Clearinghouse transactions, as well as notifications of change and return of ACH transactions as needed.14.Assists in processing all exception items.15.Helps coordinate return items with branch teracts with branch offices and customers relative to areas of concern involving checking and savings accounts.17.Performs a variety of customer service transactions, such as, check verifications, account holds, stop-payments orders, name and address changes and other similar special services.18.Ensures accuracy of new account information as it is entered into the financial institution's computers.HOURS:Full-time position with normal weekly hours totaling approximately 38 hours per week.Monday-Thursday8:00am - 4:30pmFriday8:00am - 5:00pmLOCATION:The primary location for this position is 201 S.
