What You'll Be Doing Job Scope: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong skill set in SAP and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and working independently. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Administrative support for capital team creating and managing projects in SAP PS module. Create and project forecasts in EcoSys. Create, update, and analyze data using Microsoft Excel. Prepare and publish metrics and reports. Enter data and ensure accuracy in all records. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments. Identify and resolve issues, improving processes where necessary. Ideal Background Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework is highly preferred. Certification: No certification is required for this position. Experience: This position requires 7+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating. Proficient in SAP system usage with significant experience extracting data for reporting purposes. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables and reporting through Sharepoint sites. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with other Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project. Experience using EcoSys a plus. Substantial experience with SAP modules inclusive of sales, planning and materials management. Familiarity with financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management. Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization. Self-starter with a proactive approach to work. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
