What You'll Do: As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing: Process & Manage Orders: Handle administrative tasks like processing purchase orders, issuing invoice credits, and updating service partnerships. Customer Communication: Respond to customer calls and inquiries in a high-volume call queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer data within Salesforce and Oracle systems. Documentation Support: Distribute customer documentation (e.g., invoices) and ensure all paperwork is correctly processed. Issue Resolution: Investigate service-related issues and work with management to provide quick solutions. Meet & Exceed KPIs: Achieve quality and productivity metrics while juggling multiple tasks with precision. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role. Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Oracle is required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume call queue environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new software applications.
