Our client, a leading provider of access control solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of the In and outbound Customer Service team supporting customers with their orders and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone skills, customer service experience, and scheduling proficiency which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: In and Outbound Customer Service Assistant Location: Salem, OR Pay Range: $18.27/hr What's the Job? Process orders and answer inbound phone calls from customers Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction Work 40 hours a week with occasional opportunities for overtime Work under immediate supervision and rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Report to a supervisor or manager What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Excellent telephone skills, customer service experience, and scheduling proficiency Ability to work 5AM-4PM Pacific Monday - Friday What's in it for me?
